Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Circlana?
No, although it always helps! The Circlana platform uses drag-and-drop builders and user-friendly interfaces. Plus you get support from our team when you need it.
How quickly can I get my first funnel live?
That depends entirely on you and how much time you put into it. Everyone works at their own pace.
Is there a free trial?
No, but we offer Core and Complete monthly plans so you can start with what you need and upgrade when you're ready.
What's the difference between Core and Complete?
Core gives you all the essential tools for £97/month. Complete adds an additional business account, unlimited team members and access to premium templates for £147/month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. The only additional cost might be if you exceed your monthly email allowance - we charge £3 for an extra 10,000 emails if you have a particularly busy month. We also offer a full suite of add ons like social media templates, Power Hours, Branding services, etc.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, and you save money with annual billing (2 months free). Plus we offer legacy pricing - your rate never increases as long as you stay with us (excluding VAT).
How many websites and funnels can I create?
Unlimited. Build as many as your business needs.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, connect unlimited domains to your Circlana account.
What are the email sending limits?
Core includes 10,000 emails per month, Complete includes 20,000. If you need more, it's £3 for an extra 10,000 emails.
Do I own my content and customer data?
Absolutely. Everything you create and upload belongs to you. We can't use your content or contact your customers.
Can I add team members?
Core plans include 3 team members. Complete plans have unlimited team members.
Does Circlana work on mobile?
Yes, you can access everything through your web browser on any device but like any builder platform, we strongly suggest using the desktop version.
What if I need help setting things up?
We provide weekly training calls and email support for all customers. Complete customers get priority support.
What if I'm currently using another platform?
We can help you migrate your existing data and rebuild your systems in Circlana. Many customers find the switch easier than expected because everything actually works together. Migration and builds are charged as an add on service.
What if Circlana goes down?
Like any online platform, we may experience technical issues. We work quickly to restore service and communicate any planned downtime in advance. We use High Level (GHL) software and more about this topic can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel a plan at any time, and your services will cease on your next billing date. Payments already made for plans are non-refundable.
Can I use Circlana for multiple businesses?
Yes, though each business should have its own account for optimal results and organisation. The Complete plan provides you with 2 business accounts, and additional sub-accounts can be purchased on request.
Additional sub-accounts are strictly for the use of the original account user and their own businesses. Use by another business that doesn’t belong to the original user is prohibited.
